When you have received documents from your clients, you have the opportunity to request additional information or ask additional questions on this specific document. To do this, there are some steps to be taken:
- You first have to preview the document, by clicking on the name of the document.
- When the document is visible you have the opportunity to select ‘Request additional information’ in the top right corner.
- When you select this functionality a pop-up box appears where you can enter your question or request.
- Once you have selected all the requests, you can send them to the corporation.
