User Management
Corporates share information on CoorpID for KYC purposes. This information can be sensitive. Therefore, it is essential that the documents shared are only visible to the people who should have access. To facilitate this, different roles with different permissions are available in CoorpID. These roles are Team Manager, Member and Contributor and Admin. The Admin role can be stand-alone or an add-on to each of these roles. Optimise your KYC process by optimising your user management.

Your customers might have decentralised business units or different entities that should not be able to view each other’s confidential documents as not everyone within the entity is authorised to view this information. In the CoorpID platform, users are given certain rights and permissions. One might be an administrator, another one a member. All have their own responsibilities, which all lead up to replying to the KYC document information requests.
Teams management
Over time, users in your organisation and their roles may change. As an administrator, you can edit the roles of users, add new users and assign different roles. In CoorpID, four user roles are available with their own specific authorisations:
- Administrator – The person who owns the corporate account and has the authority to perform all available account-related operations. This includes managing users, managing subscriptions etc.
- Manager – The person who can perform all data-related operations in the corporation. This includes creating relationships and sharing documents with partners.
- Members – Members can perform limited actions such as adding/deleting information, uploading documents, commenting and delegating tasks.
- Observer – Observers only have viewing and downloading rights.

CoorpID is divided in business units. A business unit is an environment in CoorpID protected by Chinese walls. The Admin role is applicable on the business unit level. You can create teams in each business unit and teams also have Chinese walls.
Our platform is self-explanatory, but sometimes you just want to follow some steps. For this, we created user guides and videos to help you further.
