Requesting additional Information on the document shared by my client

When you have received documents from your clients, you can request additional information or ask additional questions about this specific document. To do this, take the following steps:

  1. Click on “Clients” in the top left corner.
  2. Now you will see all the corporations on the page. 
  3. Click on the corporation, then click on the entity you want to work with. 
  4. You can click on the “open review” button below the corporation’s name, or you can select the corporation and the entity. After that, click “expand all” on the top right of the “Entities & information” title.
  5. Now you can see all the documents that the corporation sent previously. 
  6. First, you have to preview the document, by clicking on the name of the document.
  7. Once you have clicked on the document, a pop-up will appear in which you can preview the document.
  8. When the document is visible, you can select “Request information” on the top left corner of the pop-up.
  9. Now you can enter a message to the corporation. You can select the “request if information is still applicable” button or upload a file. 
  10. After writing your message, you can click the send button.
  11. A green pop-up will appear at the top of the page stating that “your request has been saved”.
  12. Please not that you have only saved the information request here, the information request has not been sent to the corporation yet.
  13. When you close the pop-up, you can see the status of the document as “not sent”.
  14. You can select the document(s) designated as “not sent” and choose “send selected requests” and click “apply” or you can send the information request by clicking on the button at the top right corner of the page.
